Promoting professional ethics is necessary in the organization; so that, the organization does not conflict the society on the one hand, and ensures its long-term interests by making logical and wise decisions on the other hand. What should be concerned in facing the concept of ethics is that firstly, the professional ethic involves personal and job ethics, but it exceeds from both and supervises the organization as a legal set. (Mesbah, 87) Secondly, a strategic approach is seen in the professional ethic; therefore, the spiritual responsibilities are given to strategic managers in the organization, not to the personnel unit and even executive managers. Thirdly, two types of approach (Virtue-oriented) and (Problem-oriented) should be separated in the field of ethics. Traditional attitudes to ethical dilemmas are only (Virtue-oriented) not Problem-oriented, whereas what resolves the organizational ethical dilemmas is “problem-oriented” approach. Because ethical dilemma is a problem and causes low work commitments and satisfaction and we need to expertise to solve it effectively. The main point is that we should avoid implicit attitudes about professional ethics. Fourthly, the organizational ethics are not necessarily individual-dependent, organizational-dependent or environment- dependent; but is influenced by individual, organizational and environmental factors. Therefore, we need a systematic approach in dealing with ethics. Neglecting these factors in explaining and ananlyzing these ethical dilemmas lead to a decision far from realistic.
